30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Ividiyo. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email address and order number. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
After 30 Days
After the 30-day refund window, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each year. We send a renewal reminder email 14 days before your renewal date. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged. Renewal charges are eligible for refund within 7 days if the renewal was unintentional.
Downgrades
If you downgrade from a paid tier to the Free tier, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.
License Revocation
Upon refund, your license will be revoked and your installation will revert to the Free tier. You will retain access to all core features (live view, recording, playback) but premium features (AI detection, LPR, analytics) will be disabled.
